The is pandemic changed the world and surfaces a lot of things that we usually didn't really see especially the leadership in the personal level also in the country level. Crisis let us see whether are we well prepare for the unforeseen circumstances and also let us know how much "reserved" power one has during the uncertain time. 

Thru this Covid-19 pandemic we learnt that many leaders were not as strong as what we see and of course thru this crisis we also see small doesn't means weak! 

We used to think money and power are the ultimate rich but in the Covid era it seems the new rich are Knowledge* & Health.
