Sometimes in life we could reduce the level of our stress by accepting what is happening or what has happened to us. 

Acceptance can bring mindfulness. 

Mindfulness let us aware of what is going on in our life, we human being often has stress out by what we are unsure but subconsciously we are kind of aware there is something going on but yet not sure (and sometime refuse to acknowledge the existence) of what is going on hence, acceptance is one of the best way to reduce our stress level. 

Please take note that we still need to find the solution(s) after we have acknowledge all the problem(s) that we are facing. This is life.
