In the 21st century a beautiful product is no longer enough to fulfil the consumers' needs, it require more than aesthetic. Design is more than aesthetic features, it involve thinking too, design thinking is a solution based thinking method to give solutions to improve the existing problems faced by the users.

In today's business world, companies have started to embrace design as their core strategy to stay competitive. Knowing how design can help to improve the product lines and how to improve the business is crucial for all the business decision makers, in order to use design to improve the business, first we need to understand the issues (problems), by knowing the issues we can use design to improve our product lines. The design refers to not only in term of aesthetics but also the features and functions of the products.

In order to be able to understand the issues, the company needs to understand the user experiences about its products, hence to get the feedback from its customers is important.
