#Unsplash Thing happens for a reason, regardless of successful event or a failed one there is always reasons behind, either there are a lot of hard works that make the event a successful or maybe there are too many shortages. When things are not happen as we planned, always look for a solution first then analyse what were happened and make sure we have an action plan to prevent the same mistakes happen again just like doctor always perform post mortem to find out the courses of dead. #DREL50 #LoveLifeLoveAll #DRELlife #DRELskill

The 321 Rule

#Unsplash Whenever you are feeling lazy to start anything just count to 3 and get started! I have been using this tactic to get things started for long and it works! The rule of 321 is simple, when we're counting down we are getting ready psychologically to get started, just like the sportsman whenever they heard the count down they will get ready automatically. Always count to 3 whenever you wanted to start any tasks make it as a habit so that when you feel lazy to start anything just count to 3 and your momentum will be regained!
