Happy 2022 !

#Unsplash Happy New Year 2022 ! Today 10/01/2022 marks the beginning of the second week of 2022, I believe some of us still on the holiday mood some still overwhelm by how quickly 2021 passed … nevertheless life still need to go on and 2022 is official here for 10 days. What is your 2022 new year resolution? If you still have a lot of undone businesses carry forward from 2021 I suggest you take a serious look into the list especially those items that you have yet to start think about it whether you want to pursue them or drop them. #Unsplash Setting achievable goals is crucial for everyone as achievable goals are not only can make us a better person but also can motivate us to achieve more in life. Before setting goal we need to do the SWOT exercise to analyse our Strengths what make us strong, our Weaknesses how to overcome them and make us even a stronger person, to see what are the Opportunities available for us and what are the Threats that stop us from progress. So, don't just want to be someone (who we want to be) instead be who we can be, life is really short do something worthwhile don't waste our time trying to be someone we are not suppose to be. The 321 Rule

#Unsplash Whenever you are feeling lazy to start anything just count to 3 and get started! I have been using this tactic to get things started for long and it works! The rule of 321 is simple, when we're counting down we are getting ready psychologically to get started, just like the sportsman whenever they heard the count down they will get ready automatically. Always count to 3 whenever you wanted to start any tasks make it as a habit so that when you feel lazy to start anything just count to 3 and your momentum will be regained! The Future Direction

#Unsplash If you are unsure what you want, ask yourself these 3 questions and you will be able to know what you want. What did I want 5 years ago? (the past) What I want now? (the present) What do I want in 5 years time? (the future) By asking these 3 questions you are able to connect your past and present to give you a direction for the future. Amazing right?!
